新鮮生蠔

17 Apr 2008弟弟的假期接近尾聲, 要回去繼續升學, 所以我們一家人準備去吃餐好的. 這一次選擇了奇怪海鮮酒家, 因為他們有很多新鮮的進口海鮮. 第一道菜我就order了生蠔來try, 只order了3只, 因為只有我和我弟弟吃, 我父母都不敢吃生的食才. 這些生蠔真的好新鮮, 我第一次吃到這麼新鮮的生蠔, 當我吞下它是都還可以taste到一點海水味. 吃了之後真的讓我垂涎三尺, 不過價錢也不便宜. 我明天就會再次到這間酒家吃歡送宴, 一定會再次order這些新鮮的生蠔, 到時再把照片post上來和大家分享. 第二樣菜是紅燒豆腐, 味道甜美, 因為廚師用了干貝來調出淋在炸了的豆腐上的醬汁. 的確是一到很好下飯的菜. 豆腐上面還有鮑魚菇, 旁邊的是青剛菜. 第三樣菜是二松介蘭, 我之前吃過這道菜了, 所以沒什麼驚奇, 不過味道還是不錯啦. 第四樣菜是清蒸虎蝦, 新鮮的蝦肉青脆鮮甜, 紅彤彤的蝦也好美麗. 最後一樣菜是辣子肉蟹, 這道菜也很好吃, 肉蟹相當肥美, 醬汁也很棒, 唯一美中不足的是隨菜沒有附上饅頭或炸饅頭來讓我們攢點醬汁吃. 這間酒家的服務真是周到, 服務人員會不時的幫我們添加茶水, 而且在我們吃螃蟹時, 還不時的幫我們換上乾淨的碟子, 我絕對會向我的朋友推薦這間酒家. 淡水蝦

15 Apr 2008想吃Tuk Alang 淡水蝦好久了, 剛好去的那間大眾酒家, 部長說剛好有新鮮的淡水蝦運到, 我就趕快order了清蒸淡水蝦. 我之前在民眾酒家已經試過了乾煎淡水蝦, 味道好不錯. 這一盤淡水蝦相當不錯, 很新鮮, 不過美中不足的是他們只用了普通的米酒來清蒸這些淡水蝦, 如果能用更好的米酒或者hennessy cognac, 味道將會更棒. 接下來叫了一條魚, 招牌蒸金鳳魚, 醬汁有點鹹和酸的味道, 也有一點點甜的味道, 應該是廚師的秘製醬, 吃不出是用什麼組合成的. 下一道菜是東波肉, 這間餐廳的東波肉是略甜的那一種, 遺憾的是上面那層最重要的皮不見了. 隨菜還附送了一些炸饅頭讓我們可以點一些醬汁然後加些肉來品賞這道菜. 最後一道菜是盒子豆腐, 豆腐切成像小盒子的形狀然後拿去炸. 吃了上面兩道重口味的菜, 再吃這一道清淡的豆腐也算過得去.
