大年初三的聚餐

大年初三的聚餐就比較冷清一點了, 因為有些人有各自的私人聚餐, 所以大家就各有節目了. 我還是去回年初二所吃過的龍記酒家隨便吃一餐. 頭盤是由四樣菜所主成的, 名字我忘記了. 我只知道有一樣是佛缽飄香. 第二樣菜是煎鱈魚, 魚肉相當嫩滑, 味道也還不錯. 第三樣菜就相當普通了, 沒什麼特色, 只是才上面灑了一些macadamia nuts. 第四樣菜有介蘭, 鮑魚菇, 蘿蔔, 荀. 味道清淡. 最後一樣是甜品, 裡面有雪蛤, 蓮子… 龍記酒家的菜味道比較清淡, 不過最少菜端出來是還是熱呼呼的. 今年的年初一, 一家人去東京酒家聚餐, 很可惜我生病了, 所以很多食物我都是淺賞即止. 我們order了新年菜單, 一共有八樣菜式, 吃完過後大家都認為不是特別美味, 可能是新年的關係, 有些食物都是之前以經煮熟了, 客人來了之後才拿出來, 所以有些菜都涼了. 第一樣菜是七彩魚生, 這樣菜沒什麼特別, 你去shopping mall買一個魚生package弄出來的和這個味道也沒什麼分別. 第二樣菜是魚翅, 味道中等, 可能是我生病, 味覺退化了, 不過我忘了帶Hennessy, 沒有可以倒一些進去來提升這道菜的味道. 第三樣菜就是五福臨門, 這個頭盤真是一般, 沒什麼特出, 菜的味道和擺放都沒什麼特別. 第四樣菜是脆皮烤鴨, 因為鴨比較油膩, 所以我不能吃. 第五樣菜是麥片蝦, 相當酥脆, 不過可以吃的出蝦不夠新鮮. 第六樣菜是清蒸斗昌, 魚蒸得太硬了, 肉不夠滑嫩. 接著下來這樣菜我也不知道叫什麼名字, 我只知道裡面有小白菜, 花菇, 魚瓢, 蠔豉. 悶煮過後裡面的才夠軟了, 不過味道還是差了一點, 應該是用的上湯不夠清甜的關係吧. 最後一樣菜是糯米飯吧, 我沒吃, 所以也不知道味道如何. 可能是新年的關係吧, 廚師今天的表現比平常的差了許多, 所以一家人都有點失望.
