大阪燒作法如下: 材料: 中筋麵粉300g 水200c.c. 蛋2顆 高麗菜1/4顆 絞肉200g 蝦仁8個 玉米粒200g 紅蘿蔔絲少許 胡椒 鹽 海苔粉 沙拉醬 柴魚片 做法: 1.蛋打散備用 2.麵粉加水調勻,再加入蛋汁 3.高麗菜切絲,蝦仁切碎 4.將絞肉,玉米,紅蘿蔔,高麗菜,蝦仁加入(2)中,拌勻,使麵糊均勻沾染材料 5.以胡椒,鹽,海苔調味 6.熱油鍋(平底鍋),至冒煙後醬麵糊團酌量加入 7.搓洞避免燒焦,換麵兼至今黃色即可起鍋 8.將沙拉醬,海苔粉,柴魚片依序鋪於上即可 Bookmark It Hide Sites $$(‘div.d496′).each( function(e) { e.visualEffect(‘slide_up’,{duration:0.5}) });

將薑母切成細條狀 然後將切好的薑母+辣椒(切段)+蒜頭(打碎) 放入麻油中爆香.. 然後加入雞肉快炒..差不多熟之後 加入米酒…再翻炒一下… 接著加入醬油(蓋過雞肉..) 再來把湯汁收乾再加入九層塔炒一下即可食用 如果要更好吃不要用普通的醬油, 我通常是自己自製炒三杯雞的醬油. 先到超市購買一瓶生抽, 一瓶老抽 (生抽和老抽要同等份量) 和片糖. 接下來把生抽和老抽倒入鍋中, 然後放入片糖以文火慢慢溶解片糖. 最後再把製作好的醬油裝進瓶, 然後可以放進冰箱儲存.
