今晚媽媽自己有節目, 所以剩下我, 老爸和弟弟三個男丁自己去解決晚餐的問題. 因為是holiday的關係也不希望跑太遠, 因為會塞車或餐館很多人, 所以就駕了大概25分鐘去了一間相熟的餐館吃, 順便也要向他拿新年的菜單. 第一樣送到桌子的菜是豆苗, 這道菜火侯夠, 所以相當甜和脆口. 第二道菜是麥片蝦, 味道好不錯, 酥炸了的蝦也很脆, 唯一美中不足的是蝦不夠大隻. 最後一樣菜是姜茸雞, 這道菜是用走地雞做的, 所以肉會比較有彈性, 而且沒那麼多肉. 味道還不錯, 而且好下飯. 上個星期日, 一家人去了民眾酒家訂新年的晚餐菜單, 然後就順便在那那裡吃晚餐. 我是第一次幫襯這間餐館, 所以由我父母發單. 我們order了三樣菜. 第一樣是乾煎蝦, 這些蝦的蝦頭好大, 殼也相當硬, 所以一定要剝殼才可以下肚. 這道菜味道還不錯, 可惜不是清蒸, 這樣吃不到蝦鮮甜的味道. 第二樣菜是黑椒鹿肉, 肉相當滑嫩, 這道菜很適合配飯吃. 鹿肉也沒有任何騷味或腥味. 第三樣菜就比較清淡, 覺得就像釀豆腐然後拿去蒸. 最後這間restaurant的評語, 我會遲點才發佈. 我已經訂了一桌酒席, 準備在新年時好好大吃一頓, 到時才可以吃出這間餐館真正的代表作.
