今天媽媽帶我們去試一樣特別的菜, 谁知到了restaurant之後, 有一桌在吃著人參宴, 所以waiter不肯下單讓我們order這道雙味魚, 因為廚師交代了沒時間做這些比較多工的菜. 最後媽媽親自去後面和廚師order就沒問題了. (因為廚師是媽媽舞蹈班的學生) 雙味魚顧名思義就是一隻魚有兩種味道, 可以從照片裡看到一邊是泰式辣醬味道, 另一邊是mayo味. 這道魚真的蠻特別的, 而且肉都已經被廚師片出來了, 所以很容易入口, 又不用怕吃到魚骨. 媽媽說之前她吃的另一邊是奶油味的更好吃, 只有下次才試了. 杏仁雞, 雞塊酥炸到香脆了然後上面撒上杏仁, 醬汁不鹹也不甜, 所以不知道是用什麼做的, 不過雞塊很香脆可口, 所以這道菜還過得去. 最後一道菜是蚵仔煎, 蚵仔比較小粒, 不過味道還算過得去, 不過不夠脆口. 家常便飯

弟弟放假回來休息, 所以一家人決定了周末出去吃一餐家常便飯. 叫了四樣菜. XX排骨, 忘記了這道菜叫什麼名字, 排骨經過酥炸了過後加些茄汁加些泰國辣椒醬炒的吧, 味道甜甜的. 接下來是蔬菜, 相當幼嫩, 所以很爽口. 清蒸白鬚公, 淡水魚的一種, 肉質相當滑嫩清甜. 星光豆腐, 味道普普通通. Bookmark It Hide Sites $$(‘div.d174′).each( function(e) { e.visualEffect(‘slide_up’,{duration:0.5}) });

消暑的冰飲

偷懶了兩個星期, 今天終於逼自己動手寫下我要寫的東西了. 上個星期, 酷熱的太陽真的令我頭昏腦脹, 所以下午就去了找一些冰飲來解熱. (這個時候突然想起了七仔的slurpee) 朋友介紹我有一處有一種叫做雪山的冰飲相當特別, 我們就飆車去試試看. 到了哪裡我們每人叫了一碗雪山, 然後叫些吃的. 當雪山送到我面前時, 第一個印象就是真高, 吃它都要些功夫. 吃完之後覺得味道還不錯, 值得再試. (旁邊還有幾攤也是有賣冰飲的, 要試看那一攤才是最好吃的) 隔天跑去了另一間食店吃午餐, 店員說有些新的飲料可以介紹, 看了menu覺得蠻特別的, 就試叫了以下這杯釋迦珍珠冰, 很好喝, 不過還蠻大杯的.
