在六月五日去了醫院探望家人, 走出了醫院已經差不多9點鐘了, 有人就建議去上環的潮江春吃晚餐. 這一次是我第一次吃柚皮, 蠻特別的, 不過味道蠻清淡, 柚皮已經悶到很軟, 入口即化了. 第二樣是潮州四寶, 有帶子, 炸蝦球, 海蜇, 煙鴨胸, 我還蠻喜歡吃的. 下一樣是香酥鴨, 外皮很酥脆, 不過吃時要小心, 我就差一點噎到, 還有要趁熱吃. 下一樣是炒飯, 不過我忘記了是什麼名堂, 味道麻麻. 最後一樣是牛尾煲, 相當惹味, 我還叫了一碗白飯來配著吃.
